Most patients describe only mild, brief discomfort. A topical numbing cream can be applied beforehand, and many fillers also contain a local anaesthetic to keep you comfortable throughout.
It depends on the treatment and on you. Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–4 months, while dermal and lip fillers usually last 6–12 months or longer. Skin quality treatments build gradually over a course. Dr Lena will talk you through what to expect at your consultation.
